This form is designed for organizations that did not participate in the May 2023 survey but wish to be considered for funding opportunities starting May 1, 2024. Agencies will receive 50% funding towards the setup and a one-year subscription to the Handtevy Mobile platform.

To be eligible for this opportunity, your agency must be a new customer and commit to procurement before January 1, 2025.
