Bringing over two decades of public service and leadership in emergency medical care, Moran will spearhead Handtevy’s strategic growth in training programs and certifications nationwide, advancing the company’s mission to improve outcomes for critically ill and injured patients.
With clients in all 50 states – including top-tier hospitals, aero-medical programs, cruise lines, and EMS agencies – Handtevy continues to scale its market presence. Moran’s appointment strengthens the company’s commitment to offering groundbreaking education programs, ensuring EMTs, paramedics, nurses, and physicians, can effectively utilize Handtevy’s systems at the point of care.

Moran has dedicated his career to enhancing emergency response systems. He previously served as assistant fire chief for Davie Fire Rescue and as executive director of the Florida Resuscitation Academy. In these roles, he led groundbreaking initiatives that tripled survival rates for cardiac arrest patients, mentored the next generation of fire and EMS leaders, and secured funding for lifesaving emergency response initiatives. Moran has also pioneered advancements in mass casualty care, active shooter response, and professional development curricula – earning recognition in multiple industry publications.
